Attention Hunters!!!!  Due to the recent changes in the New Mexico state draw, ( Senate Bill 196) in order to be eligible to apply in the 10% outfitter draw you must fill out the contract with Rael Mesa Outfitters.  If you are unsuccessful in drawing a tag you can then fill out a contract with Trophy Ridge Outfitters, buy a landowner tag and hunt with Trophy Ridge Outfitters.
